To deliver our AI employee services, we collect business information you provide during onboarding — including your company name, industry, website URL, and service descriptions. This data is used to train your AI employees to represent your business accurately.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, browser type, and device information.

Third-Party Integrations

If you connect external accounts (e.g. Google Calendar, email, social media platforms), we access only the data necessary to perform the services you've enabled. Access tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest.

To provide, operate, and maintain our AI employee services
To personalise your AI employees' behaviour based on your business guidelines
To process transactions and manage your subscription
To send transactional emails (e.g. call summaries, task notifications)

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. However, to operate the platform effectively, we are required to share certain information with third parties. We may share information with:

Service providers — hosting, payment processing (Stripe), AI model providers, and telephony services, solely to operate our platform
KYC & regulatory compliance — third-party providers who require identity verification or Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to enable certain services (e.g. telephony). You agree to provide any requested KYC documents within 7 days of our request. Failure to comply may result in suspension of your account and associated services
Legal obligations — if required by law, regulation, or legal process
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Access tokens for third-party integrations are encrypted using AES-256.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
